Frequently Asked Questions

What is your cancellation policy?

Please review all information including house rules and regulations.
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 48 hrs prior to noon on your arrival date. Cancellation not received 48 hrs before the arrival date will be charged for 1 night per unit reserved.

Except special events such as Camaro, Memorial, Mustang, Volkswagen (VW), Antic Car, BBQ, Corvette and Porsche Weekend must cancel at least 5 Days prior to noon on your arrival date. Cancelling after the stated period will result in a cancellation penalty fee in the amount of your reservation including tax.

Person reserving several rooms are responsible for full payment for all rooms in the event there is a



What is the payment method?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress and Discover as a credit or debit card and Cash.

Your Credit card won't be charged - it's only needed to guarantee your booking, no deposit is required.

Whether you book online or by phone, we do not run your card until you check-in.


Can we book for a group?

You may book all rooms you like online, but you can also call us for any question you have.

Is there an extra charge for more than two people each room?

Rates are based on 2 people for the double queen, double full size and the king bed.

Additional Person are $5, age 6 and up. The Rate for the Family Suite is based on 6 people.


Do you allow pets?

No, Sorry, we love animals, but we do not accept them at the motel.


Our children will be with they stay free?

Children under 6 stay free in their parent's room using the existing bedding.

Any children over the age of 6 pay $5/day


Do you have Discount Tickets?

We offer Discount Tickets for the Passion play, Dinner at the Passion Play, Holy Land Tour, Turpentine Creek, Cosmic Cavern and Canoe Rentals. 


Do you have a Pool?

Yes, we have a heated pool at the backside in the wooded Area. We open the Pool on Memorial Weekend

until first Weekend in October. Pool hours are from 10am until 10pm.


Are roll away beds / cribs available?

We do offer a small roll away, with bedding for $5 a night included tax. We do not offer cribs.


Do you have smoking rooms?

No, we do not have any smoking rooms. But you can smoke outside your room and around the property.

A $200 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in any of our rooms. Smoking marijuana is illegal in Arkansas and not allowed on our property


What is your Check-in and Check-Out time?

Check-In Time is possible any time after 3pm or prior to that if the room is ready.
If you are on your way and EXPECT TO ARRIVE AFTER 6PM, Please call us ahead of time, so we can make alternate check-in arrangements. 1-800-962-4691 or 479-253-9390 between 8am to 6pm.


Is free WIFI available?

Yes, we offer free Highspeed Wireless Internet. Please note: Not all the rooms have the same quality access signal for the WiFi – we do not guarantee a full access signal in any room.


Do we serve Continental Breakfast in the morning?

Yes, we offer a basic continental breakfast in our office between 8am to 10am, with coffee, orange juice,

Milk, Muffins/Danish, Cereals, yogurt and fruits. 


Do you have a Trolley stop nearby?

Yes, the Trolley stops right in front of The Trails Inn (Stop #18 on the Blue Line) Tickets are available at the Front Desk for $6 one Day or $10 for two Days. Does the Trolley have a schedule? No, the Trolley comes by approximately every 25-30 minutes. 


Enough parking space?

We offer one parking space each room we have. Do you have a Trailer or more then one car per room?

Are we Motorcycle friendly?

Yes, our parking lot is paved and level with easy access from the highway. We have 5 restaurants, a Harley Shop and a Liquor Store within walking distance.
